Job Summary

As a result of remarkable clinical, teaching, and research growth, the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is currently seeking faculty candidates to expand the Division of Infectious Diseases within the Department of Internal Medicine. Qualified candidates must be board certified/board eligible in Infectious Diseases and have strong teaching and clinical skills. Candidates will be responsible for attending UK HealthCare inpatient consult services and ambulatory services for a wide variety of illnesses, such as HIV/AIDS, and bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic infections. Opportunities are available to engage in innovative projects related to the care of vulnerable patient populations including those affected by the opiate crisis.
