Develops loan counseling materials and PowerPoint presentations for campuses.</li><li>Schedules graduate exit counseling workshops at each campus and maintains calendar of new student orientations and graduate workshops for all campus locations. Ensures that counseling sessions are provided within 30 days of graduation date to all upcoming grads. Ensures that all students have appropriate guidance to make informed loan repayment decisions. Acts as liaison between borrowers and loan servicers as appropriate to resolve loan repayment issues. Acts as liaison between borrowers and other school officials as appropriate (e.g., financial aid office, business office, etc.). Assists students with information on income based repayment options, loan consolidation, deferment, or forbearance. Direct students to appropriate resources such as repayment charts, NSLDS, studentloans.gov servicer, Department of Education websites and contact information, etc.</li><li>Counsels borrowers on the difference between federal and private loans, ensuring student understanding of obligations to both.</li><li>Performs skip tracing activities for out-of-school students via the internet, phone, mail, and e-mails. Conducts social networking on the internet to find and communicate with students who are delinquent on their federal loans.</li><li>Communicates student status with other departments such as Career Services, Financial Aid, Business Administration, and Student Services. Serves as liaison between borrowers and other school officials as appropriate (e.g. financial aid office, business office, etc.) to resolve balance inquiries or other questions.</li><li>Maintains accurate and appropriate records of student contacts and demographic information in CampusVue and other student databases and prepares and sends correspondence to borrowers entering repayment and those in delinquent statuses.</li><li>Assists federal student loan borrowers and campus Student Financial Services staff with questions regarding loan default and rehabilitation. Default Management Specialist

Ensures timely and accurate awarding and disbursement of student financial aid funds. Performs federal verification of financial aid files for those selected by the Department of Education's processor or the institution, and reviews/evaluates all assigned financial aid files for conflicting or discrepant data. Confirms eligibility for awards by reviewing ISIR, documents scanned in Image Now, cost of attendance, need analysis, enrollment levels, program data, and information available from the Department of Education and other entities involved in the administration of TIV student financial aid. Confirms eligibility for financial aid funds already awarded by others and adds, cancels or adjusts aid funds as appropriate in the Student Information System. Review awards flagged as potential variance or discrepancy and takes steps to resolve or initiate as appropriate. Communicates with campus or other functional teams to resolve same in accordance with departmental policy and procedures. Monitors personal activity queue in Student Information System and completes required tasks so that activities can be closed in a timely and accurate manner. Typically, each flagged award should not require more than 5 minutes to review. Financial Aid Analyst

Reporting to the Director, Analytics Intelligence, the Senior Data Scientist provides analytical guidance and support to organizational decision makers via analysis, interpretation, and modeling of data. Leverages critical thinking and problem-solving skills to extract valuable business insights. Supports the entire analytics lifecycle including requirements gathering, problem formulation, solution design, analytical modeling, and presenting findings.
