This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Student Advising to address student issues and offer solutions efficiently and effectively. This position is housed within the Student Support Team and will work directly with Student Support Counselors, Academic Advisors, Admissions, and Academic Departments to provide immediate assistance in student finance and registration issues.This is a hybrid position with three days per week on campus.PRINCIPLE DUTIESRecruitment/Admissions· Assist the Director of Student Advising in relaying pertinent information to admission representatives on student budgeting, award eligibility, and finance options for prospective students in need.· Provide guidance on financial aid and student account inquiries for students on pending financial action list.
